Reserve Your Beef
The current price for beef including butchering, packing, and shipping is $9.00/lb hang weight. (Shipping surcharges will be applied to customers outside of the GTA. A trucking company will arrange delivery dates with you directly, any missed appointments will be charged to the customer for a rescheduled date)
Your payment is for a non-refundable deposit that will be counted towards the final price of your order.
The final price of your order will be determined based on the hanged weight of your steer.
We will contact you a few weeks before your order is ready for pickup to discuss your desired cuts and schedule a pickup date.
UNDERSTANDING PRICINGYou will be charged on your animal's hang weight, which is the total carcass weight. This is the weight of the animal before butchering and removal of unwanted parts. Our animals range from 700-950lbs hang weight and your charge will be based on the order size (1/4,1/2, whole) of that hang weight.
Example:
If a steer's hang weight is 800lbs and you ordered a quarter steer, your hang weight is 200lbs. Our current price is $9.00/lb. Your cost is $1800. Note that we do our best to accommodate customers request for smaller vs larger animals.
